Ignite

I finally got my virtual hands on Ignite and their latest album "Our Darkest Days". Man this rocks.

My kind of excellent melodic hardcore, with some metal influences, but it's not even close to being metalcore. Man I needed this.

Khold contributes to Football CD

An email from Klanen, the official Vålerenga Football supporters club, says that Norwegian black metalers Khold will contribute to the new tribute CD "Mange motstandere - ingen motstand, en hyllest til Vålerenga" (in English: Many Opponents, No Opposition - a Tribute to Vålerenga) .

The CD hits the streets on the 27th of March. Other hard rocking contributors are Norwegian humor stonerheads Black Debbath and punk metalers The Retardos (whom BTW hs a very non-accessible website).

This has to be the first (Norwegian) black metal song to be featured on a Football CD ever...?

I haven't heard the song yet, but the lyrics on these tribute CD's is always in Norwegian and about Vålerenga crushing it's opponents. Does this mean a new direction for Khold's lyrics as well as their image?
